Ingredients

1/2 cup buckwheat porridge 

1 1/2 cup pastry flour

1/2 cup corn or wheat flour 

2 tsp. baking powder

1 egg, beaten

1 pinch of salt 

1/2 cup milk 

3 tbsp. of honey

3 tbsp. oil 

Optimal : 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Mix buckwheat, milk, honey, egg and oil. In another bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to liquid mixture. Stir only until dry engredients are moistened. Then stir in raisin. Bake at 400 °F for 25 minutes.

Yield : 12 muffins
