Ingredients

2 cups buckwheat (whole white or roasted) cooked

1/2 cup sunflower seeds, ground

1/4 cup wheat flour

3 tbsp. wheat germ

3 tbsp. nutritional yeast

3 tbsp. oil

2 eggs beaten

1 onion finely chopped

1 tbsp. tamari (natural soy sauce)

1 tbsp. basil

Preparation

After mixing all ingredients make patties and bake in oven or in frying-pan.

Serve as a hamburger or with a salad.
