Buckwheat patties
Ingredients
1 cup sprouted buckwheat
2 eggs
1 onion
2 carotts
Season to taste
Preparation
Cook 1 cup of buckwheat in 1 1/2 cups of water until completely absorbed. Finely chop the onion and carrots. Mix all ingredients. Put a little oil in a pan and place the previously shaped patties. Cook for about 15 minutes over low heat, turning halfway through cooking.
