Buckwheat with bean sprouts
Ingredients
2 cups buckwheat (whole white or roasted), cooked and hot
2 cups bean sprouts, fresh
1 tbsp. oil
1 clove or garlic, sliced
3 tbsp. sesame seed, crushed and roasted
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 tbsp. tamari (natural soy sauce)
Preparation
Mix sesame seeds, shallots, and garlic. Let brown in oil 3 minutes. Add bean sprouts and let brown until hot. Add tamari and hot buckwheat. Mix.
Serve with crisp vegetables.
